What is your cancellation policy?
All confirmed private lessons shall not be cancelled. For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson, the student shall pay full court fee for any confirmed lesson cancelled by the student. However, the full lesson fee shall be incurred for any cancellations made within 24 hours of a confirmed lesson regardless the reason for such cancellation.
What happens in the event of a rain-out?
If the lesson is cancelled due to poor weather conditions, no charge will be incurred by the student. If it rains during the lesson, the lesson shall be chargeable pro rata the time rounded to the closest 15 minute mark (i.e. 1/4h, 1/2h, 3/4h or 1h).
What happens if I have to reschedule a lesson?
Rescheduling of lessons are subject to availability in Coach Sugita’s schedule, as well as court availability. However, any court booking that has already been made shall remain payable.
Will I always have the same timeslot for all my lessons within the package?
Yes. Timeslots will be honoured if the package is still valid and in use. Timeslots may only be released upon the completion of your purchased package.
However, Sugita Tennis Asia has the right to release your timeslot to other clients if you are unable to commit to regular weekly lessons as allocated.
Is there a trial lesson available before committing to a package?
We do not offer trial lessons. However, if you are wish to experience a private session with Coach Sugita prior to committing to a package, we offer a one-off 2 hour experience, priced at $400.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments made to Sugita Tennis Asia will be done via PayNow.
